Giving a management book to boss! Is it Politically Incorrect?
There is a book written by DHH and Jason Fried ( Rework ) and it has some
really good points about ASAP, meetings, etc... That I liked it but I see
that on my daily job there are many mistake we do at work that the book
has also talked about them.
So is it wrong if I give a copy of this book to my boss at work as a gift
when next week we are going to his house for his annual BBQ party? I'm
afraid he interprets at as "hey here is a management book! go read it to
learn how to manage us!" LOL
